Meet Eileen

When life is overwhelming, we need someone to help us navigate our challenges. You are worthy of that support. You are the expert on you, and I consider it an honor to walk you through your pain and struggles. I am passionate about helping you overcome negative beliefs that hold you back so you can find new pathways in relating to yourself and others. I welcome the opportunity to integrate your faith into the process of bringing lasting change.

My Background

As a trauma-informed therapist, I have a special place in my heart for those who have been impacted by trauma or wounded in childhood. My background in inner healing prayer has trained me to come alongside young wounded parts that exist in all of us, no matter our physical age. One of my greatest joys is holding safe space, listening to soul and Spirit, and honoring the beauty in every season of life. I consider it an honor to come alongside you in your journey of healing and growth.

Areas of Focus

My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, childhood wounds, and life transitions. In addition, I utilize Expansion Brainspotting to enhance creativity and performance.

Fun Facts about Eileen

I love basketball, being out in nature, hiking, frequenting farmers' markets, playing board games, and scrapbooking family memories. I have been married for over 25 years and have two children, a teen and an emerging adult. In different seasons of my life, I have been a hardware engineer, a software engineer, and a stay-at-home mom. Because my curious cat is often nearby, he occasionally pops into online meetings.
