Meet Ann

Life is full of challenges and transitions. Sometimes we need to seek help in navigating those. I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they recover, learn, and grow. Having a safe relationship in which you are deeply heard can in and of itself be healing. The work we do together can extend that healing so you can find relief from symptoms, enrich your relationships, and grow towards your healthiest self.

I believe that everyone is deserving of understanding, love, and belonging. I welcome clients from all backgrounds including different religious or spiritual beliefs, gender identities, sexual orientations, cultures, and abilities. It can be intimidating to share your authentic self with someone new. However, I hope that together we can create a safe space for your healing and personal growth, whatever that looks like for you. I am so excited to meet you and join you on this part of your journey.
