Meet Sara

Throughout my own journey, I have found therapy to be a safe place to explore my story and gain insight into those influences that have shaped me or left their mark. Each of our journeys are unique, deeply personal and often difficult to share. Life is hard, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a warm, engaging, and supportive environment to heal and grow. In partnering together, you may gain new perspectives and relationship skills to change your story.

My Background

I am currently enrolled as a graduate student at William Jessup University. I began my time in college as a psychology major at Northwest University near Seattle, but through the twists and turns of navigating young adulthood, I graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration and Management. I have spent the last 20 years working in finance, human resources, and career development, which has only fueled my passion for helping people. I enjoy collaborating with others to discover their potential, to grow personally and professionally, and to build strong relationships. This passion has been cultivated during my first career in the business world and has brought to life a second career in mental healthcare. I am an avid volunteer in my community and find that serving others brings me joy.

Areas of Focus

I have a heart for working with couples, families, and individuals of any age. I believe all people will experience brokenness or heartache at some point in their lives and in their relationships. This is a natural part of living and loving; sometimes we get hurt. My areas of focus are marriage and family, divorce care, grief and loss, addictions, post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as career development and work-related stress. Perhaps you are facing something else? I am here to help any person who is struggling with a life-controlling problem.

Fun Facts About Sara

I have been married for 20 years and have two children. I enjoy photography, cooking, baking, gardening, traveling, but most of all, spending time with my family.
