Meet Cindy
Hi, I'm Cindy! As a dedicated therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges, helping them cultivate resilience, foster meaningful connections, and achieve personal growth. My practice is built on creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space where clients of all ages feel understood and empowered.
Guided by compassion, evidence-based approaches, and a strengths-based perspective, I believe that transformative change arises from self-discovery and authentic therapeutic relationships. Whether navigating transitions, healing from past wounds, or strengthening bonds, I’m committed to walking alongside you with warmth, professionalism, and care.
My Background
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a minor in Communications from San José State University and am currently advancing my expertise through a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Prior to this career transition, I owned and operated a small beauty business where I discovered the transformative power of helping people feel confident and at their best. This experience, combined with years of hands-on work with children, teens, adults, and families across educational and community settings, inspired my shift into therapy. These multifaceted experiences have not only reinforced my commitment to mental health and relational well-being but have shown me the profound impact of compassionate support in all aspects of personal growth.
I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and families strengthen their connections, navigate life’s transitions, and cultivate resilience, even in the face of adversity. My approach is grounded in both academic rigor and real-world experience, allowing me to meet clients with empathy, insight, and practical guidance
