Dr. Lea is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an ordained pastor. He has a Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Northern California Graduate University. He also has graduate degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary and Fuller Theological Seminary - School of Psychology.
Areas of Focus
Dr. Lea has been working with youth, young adults and families in local churches since 1989. He has also worked at an inner city high school as a therapist for troubled teens. Dr. Lea is bilingual, speaks Korean, and likes to work with couples, adults and adolescents. He is a sought after speaker on marriage and parenting issues at conferences and churches throughout the United States. Dr. Lea is a trained Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing [EMDR] therapist, an adjunct professor at Western Seminary and a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
