Meet Dorothy

Are you going through a challenging life transition or in a season of uncertainty, feeling overextended, lonely, or trying to navigate a challenging relationship? You may feel out of control, tired, scared, or frustrated. As a working parent, I get the demands of navigating work, relationships, family and self. I provide a safe and compassionate therapy space to experience greater clarity, confidence, and courage in yourself and your circumstances. Through this process, my hope is that you will feel more calm, empowered, hopeful, and at peace.

My Background

My personal journey navigating various seasons of life has given me a rich perspective and understanding of the human experience. I have experienced the joy of healing through my own therapy. My experiences have guided me to focus my practice on healing relationships in areas such as communication, betrayal, and boundaries, as well as working with those managing life transitions, couples conflict, burnout, and women’s issues. I integrate various evidence-based practices and my training in couples/relational therapy.

Our work together will be collaborative and tailored to your needs and circumstances. We will examine patterns and the root of your challenges as well as work on healthy ways to manage them. My strengths-based and holistic approach guided with compassion, will guide you towards building insight and resiliency. I would love to hear your story and support you in your healing journey.

Areas of Focus

Dorothy focuses on couples, life transitions, women's issues, and burnout.

Dorothy is available for both in-person and telehealth sessions.
