Meet Devan

Devan specializes in working with teens and young adults experiencing anxiety. She has a history of working with those who experience Panic Disorder, Separation Anxiety, Social Anxiety, and Generalized Anxiety. Many times people are not sure if they fit a specific anxiety diagnosis. What Devan’s clients often report are: frequent panic attacks, feelings of overwhelm, feeling unable to slow down the thoughts in their mind, feeling unable to control their worries, constant state of nervousness, difficulty making decisions, insecurities, and feeling uncertain about their decisions.

My Background

Many of Devan’s clients are self aware, and know they are experiencing anxiety, but feel they lack the appropriate tools to know how to manage life stressors. This is where Devan comes in. Devan utilizes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help equip her clients in how to navigate through the very unique experiences adolescence, young adulthood, and postpartum season brings. Please feel free to reach out to Devan directly if you have any further questions about how she may support you or your child.
