Meet Brie

Hi, I'm Brie! I believe in the inherent capacity for healing and growth within each person, and I’m honored to support you on your path. As a multicultural provider, my experiences and training have developed a deep understanding of varying cultures, identities, values, and backgrounds.

My Background

We all face times when life feels difficult, and it’s essential to remember that seeking help is a courageous step. As a provider, I value creating meaningful connections with my clients by cultivating an environment that allows for authenticity, vulnerability, and reflection. I’m here to provide a safe and compassionate space for individuals, couples, children, and families navigating challenges. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, which means that I prioritize your unique needs and goals, creating a collaborative and empowering environment. I also utilize a strengths-based perspective, focusing on your inherent resilience and resources to facilitate growth. Additionally, I integrate psychodynamic principles to explore how past experiences and patterns may be influencing your present life.

Areas of Focus

I have an eclectic experience that includes trauma processing, child and family therapy, grief, couples counseling, anxiety and depression, addiction treatment, severe mental disorders, spirituality, diversity, and stress management.

Fun Facts About Brie

In my free time, I love to read, binge watch tv, explore new coffee shops/restaurants (I'm a foodie), spend time with my friends/family, and travel.
