This is a required 10 unit "Process Group" for Western Seminary students only. In this group students will have the opportunity to receive different perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback in safe and confidential environment!
Overcoming Shame - 10 Week Group
Do you often beat yourself up with shame? Does shame seem to dominate your life’s narrative? We will explore the story that shame is trying to tell in your life, how shame targets the mind, and how to remedy shame’s destructive effects on your life.

Living with Hope and Mental Health
Venture Church (Los Gatos) provides spiritual encouragement and a place to belong through support groups. While these groups are not a replacement for therapy, medication, or doctor visits, they are a safe place to find strength through connection with people on a similar journey.
Each meeting (dates below) will start in room 201 with a special speaker sharing on the topic of mental health. We will then break into three smaller groups: Men’s, Women’s, and a Family support group
