This interactive and informational workshop series is for teenagers ages 13 to 18. During sessions, participants will work through life events and mental health coping strategies through being creative.
Each session, outlined below, will start with some icebreakers, then introduce a unique and relevant craft, and finally close with group reflections and sharing time.
