Lisa is passionate about people finding freedom, an internal sense of safety, and compassion for themselves. She believes that healing takes courage, vulnerability, and perseverance. Her goal is to be a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported in navigating challenges and barriers to your goals and the life you envision. Her hope is to create a space where you feel empowered to heal, grow, and embark on your journey equipped with new tools full of hope and possibility.

My Background

Lisa is trained in various evidence-based treatment modalities that have proven to be effective forms of therapy. Utilizing a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, she works to honor each person’s individual needs. Prior to serving in a clinical role, she worked with survivors of trauma and human trafficking in various case management roles. Clinically, she has served in school settings, non-profit, and clinic settings, and has experience working with individuals recovering from eating disorders. She is humbled by the power of resiliency she has been witness to and the power of change that she has seen transform lives. She believes it is a privilege to walk alongside you in your journey, and she looks forward to meeting you!
