Meet Christina
Hi, I'm Christina! I believe therapy is a space where you can show up just as you are, without the pressure of who you think you're supposed to be. Perhaps you've been trying to do all the right things and keep it together, but it’s left you feeling more anxious and overwhelmed. Or maybe you're going through a season that's harder than you expected. Whatever it may be, you don’t have to carry this weight on your own.
My hope is to provide you with a warm and nonjudgmental space, free of any preconceived notions or agenda for how you should grow. Together, we can explore what's beneath the surface and take steps towards a life that feels more authentically you.
My Background
As a second-generation Asian-American who grew up in the Bay Area, I am well acquainted with the pressures that come with life in Silicon Valley. Before pursuing a career in counseling, I spent five years in tech recruiting, supporting professionals through career changes, burnout, and big life decisions. While I loved helping others find their next career, I also saw a need for care beyond getting to that next milestone. Therapy was where I found that care for myself - a space to let go of expectations, slow down, heal, and truly get to know myself. It’s an honor to now hold that same space for others.
Areas of Focus
I work with teens, adults, and couples. Some of my areas of focus include:
Anxiety and stress
Relational difficulties
Life & career transitions
Work/life balance & burnout
Identity exploration, including cultural expectations and challenges as a child of immigrants
Fun Facts About Christina
Outside of the office, I enjoy watching a good sitcom, spending time with friends & family, cuddling with my dog, and exploring new cities to try new foods. I am also a bit of a serial hobbyist - my current fixations include training for a half marathon & perfecting chocolate chip cookies!
