Meet Lori

Are you experiencing the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a job, or perhaps you have lost your sense of self and just feel stuck? Are you struggling with marriage or relationship issues or transitions in life and just don't know how to move forward? You are not alone. I believe that we all can achieve a deeper understanding of ourselves and find purpose within a safe relationship which therapy can provide.

I specialize in individuals and couples who are stuck, life and career transitions, anxiety, parenting issues and emerging adults who often feel isolated and overwhelmed. Having spent part of my training in hospice, I also have a special connection to those who are grieving or experiencing anticipatory grief.

My approach is depth-oriented, client-centered, and eclectic. I utilize different modalities in my approach to healing. EMDR and CBT are, at times, incorporated into talk therapy when needed. I am collaborative and compassionate and will provide practical feedback and support to help guide you on your journey to wholeness. I look forward to hearing from you.
