I’m passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where healing can begin. I specialize in trauma-focused and dynamic therapy, helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate the challenges that come with emotional pain, difficult experiences, cultural differences, inter-faith families, and life transitions.
My approach is grounded in MST (Multi-systemic Therapy) and trauma-informed care, meaning I look at the whole picture — not just the individual, but the family, community, and environment that shape each person’s life. I believe healing happens through connection, understanding, and trust, and I strive to meet every client with warmth, empathy, and genuine care.

My Background
I am passionate about teaching children cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to give them the knowledge and tools to manage their feelings and emotions as early as preschool.
