The Holiday Season is often filled with a multitude of emotions, stress, and uncertainty in our relationships and within ourselves. In this educational support group, we will build community with and for one another as we uncover perceptions and patterns that may affect our relationship dynamics...especially during holidays. Through this awareness, we will work together to learn some new perspectives, narratives, and outcomes for your holiday gatherings.
