Allison is a Certified Christian Life Coach. She enjoys working with adult women to help facilitate their spiritual and emotional growth and personal and relational health.

My Background

Allison has an Advanced Certificate in Christian Life Coaching and a Foundations and Applications of Trauma-Informed Care Certificate from Light University. She has a Master’s Degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a BA in Psychology from San Jose State University.

Allison loves coaching adult women in the areas of biblical/faith based coaching, life transitions, grief/loss, boundaries, co-dependency, self-esteem, singles, young adults, and individuals who are desiring to have more fulfilling interpersonal relationships.
