Meet Mica
Considered a nurturer and healer, Mica brings this “healing spirit” to all she does. She has extensive experience working with older adults and/or their caregivers, self-image and identity concerns amongst teens and young adults as well as life, career and loss transitions for all ages.
My Background
Mica is currently a Marriage and Family Therapist/Professional Clinical Counselor Associate, with previous experience and training as a spiritual counselor and teacher. Her emphasis in Health Psychology and previous experience as a certified personal trainer and professional massage therapist, have given her a unique understanding of how thoughts and feelings may manifest in our bodies in various forms and patterns of behavior. Mica provides an integrative approach toward her clients as she believes each person is different in their approach to life and toward their own healing.
