Does life seem like a struggle for you? Does it seem like no one hears you or understands you? Are you just tired or burnt out from it all? If so, know you do not have to walk through life alone. My goal through therapy is to walk with you, allowing you to be seen, heard, and known through your journey, through both highs and lows.

My passion for helping others began from working as a one-on-one with kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder and seeing the effect that had on individuals, couples, and families. My passion is working with children (ages 3-12) and emerging adults (ages 18-24). If these, or any of the listed areas of focus seem to fit you (and even if they don’t!), I would love to sit down, chat, and provide a safe space for you to share!
