Barbara is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee who is completing her Master’s degree at Santa Clara University.  Her professors have described her as compassionate, sensitive, open-minded, and humble.  With an emphasis in health psychology, Barbara believes in treating the whole person: mind, body, heart and spirit.

Barbara uses a strengths-based approach that supports your goals and will treat you with respect and understanding.  She has travelled extensively and has experience working with individuals and families from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.   

Barbara’s professional experience includes corporate staffing, children’s ministry, and management.  She has also volunteered for ABC Project Cornerstone, CityTeam, Parents Helping Parents, and Project Hired.  Barbara and her husband have taken Love & Logic parenting classes; they have been married 18 years and have two children.

There is hope for healing.  Barbara considers it a privilege to walk alongside you, and looks forward to helping you find your way toward living your best life.
