Meet Arianna

After a positive experience in therapy, I felt a compelling desire to pursue a career in the mental health field. I’ve often been recognized for my strong listening skills and empathy. This has inspired me to help others. We all understand that pain is an inevitable part of life, but I am here to help you bear that burden as we seek solutions and coping strategies together. My goal is to help you feel unconditionally supported through life’s difficulties. If you are feeling stuck, hopeless, and or fearful, you are not alone. These emotions can be overwhelming, but together, we can work together to find clarity and hope.

My Background

I am currently a graduate student at Touro University Worldwide, working towards my master's degree in marriage and family therapy. I am a first-generation college student and am passionate about making a positive difference in the mental health field. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fresno State. Since graduating, I have worked with children, families, and individuals, which has fueled my desire to assist others in navigating through life. It has deepened my understanding of diverse emotional and relational challenges. This background has equipped me with the skills to provide compassionate support and effective treatment to all clients. I look forward to the opportunity to connect and support you in therapy.

Areas of Focus

In therapy, I offer a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I focus on helping individuals develop coping strategies for substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and grief. Whether they are navigating through challenges in marriage, recovery from substance abuse, etc., my goal is to meet the needs of each client. I aim to encourage my clients to find resilience in their experiences and to reach their full potential. Also, integrating elements of faith when appropriate to guide clients toward healthy relationships and a fulfilling life.
