Feeling stuck in painful deep-rooted relational patterns? Or maybe just feeling overwhelmed by life in general? I believe our pain can teach us something not only about ourselves, but also our relationships. Through our therapeutic relationship, we can use your pain to help you move forward in your life and in your relationships.

I am passionate about working with couples, individuals, teens, and children who are facing some of life’s challenges. I believe that we all deserve a safe place to process our feelings and I would love to provide that for anyone who is looking.

I also have a heart for those that have been hurt in the church context and are facing challenging faith-based questions. As a pastor’s wife and previous church employee myself, I know that church can be a source of both safety and pain. I am passionate about working with clients that want to work through their church trauma in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
