Joanne is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her background includes: working with Developmentally Challenged adults and their families, group home adolescent’s and foster children. She has overseen a Lay Counseling Ministry with teaching the Lay Counseling Class and supervising Lay Counselors. Joanne has worked with women, children, individuals, and couples and conducted group therapy relating to women’s abuse issues. She has enjoyed meeting new people through her mission trips to the Philippines, India and Nepal.

Joanne’s primary interests are women’s and children’s issues; individuals; developmentally challenged adults and their families, anxiety; depression; post-traumatic stress; physical, emotional, sexual trauma, grief and bereavement, adjustment, relational issues, self-esteem and life transitions. She seeks to provide a rich, supportive counseling environment, integrating Christian beliefs and values and fostering healing.
