Meet Kiersten
Therapy offers a space unique from other places in your life. It is a space where you can show up exactly as you are and we can slow down, unpack all that you’re carrying, and uncover what gets in the way of you living the life you want. In this space, you don’t have to carry your pain alone.
I work with adolescents and adults on their healing journeys. Through our work together, we will help you better understand your emotional pain, attend to it, and learn skills to help you thrive. I am here to help you gain the insight and tools you need to live a life you find meaningful and fulfilling.
I believe that people have a profound ability for healing when they are in a space where they feel seen and accepted for all of who they are. In this space, all parts of your identity will be respected and honored. I am here to walk alongside my clients and support them as they heal.
My Background
Kiersten graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Child Studies. She has been providing therapy to clients of various ages since 2018 and has previous experience working in school-based as well as nonprofit settings.

Kiersten focuses on working with clients impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. She works with adolescents and adults. Kiersten is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.
