I help others walk through life with grit and grace.

My goal is to help you feel more whole and worthy through finding clarity in your struggles and deepening your connection with yourself and with others. My hope is that through our work together, you will experience grace, feel inspired, and be empowered to live boldly.

This work will not only create important changes in your current life but will impact your family, friends, and community.

I know this is possible because I felt stuck like you may be feeling. Therapy changed me. It helped me understand my family dynamics and gave me techniques to stop perpetuating the same behaviors I saw modeled to me. Most importantly, it helped me see myself more clearly and live with more compassion and freedom. Prior to becoming a Marriage Family Therapist, I was a Senior Product Manager at Apple where I dealt firsthand with the pressures of work and identity and discovered my passion for mentoring and supporting my team through seasons of immense stress. I eventually came to realize that therapy, walking alongside others, is my calling.

There is a freedom that comes with knowing and accepting yourself. I hope our work together will bring this freedom into your life.
