She served as a residential advisor in South America, where she supported young adults navigating cultural transition and life issues. Lauren believes in a holistic definition of health and therefore appreciates the emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects as integral pieces to one’s overall well-being.
Lauren finds it crucial to develop a safe and honest relationship in therapy and sees it a true gift to be able to walk alongside others in their journey. She especially enjoys working with young adults and strives to help them find encouragement and validation given the challenges of emerging adulthood. Lauren is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
