Lisa is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary. She enjoys working with people of all ages and is passionate about facilitating growth and healing in the lives of people who are hurting, struggling or experiencing a season of transition. With over 30 years of experience working with adults and children in academic and church settings, Lisa offers hope to individuals and families who are looking for new solutions to life’s challenges. Her specific focus areas include relationship issues, healing the effects of childhood wounds, trauma, grief, spiritual integration, co-dependency, marital and pre-marital issues (Prepare-Enrich) and families impacted by eating disorders. She is currently being trained in EMDR therapy.

One of Lisa’s great joys is witnessing the transformation in people as they grow in their experience of grace and truth as unique individuals of great worth. She has served in pastoral ministry with her husband for over 25 years and prior to joining CCC, she worked on a church staff for 11 years in a variety of roles. In her spare time, she enjoys learning new things, spending time outdoors, reading and making memories with family and friends.
