Christina has extensive training in EMDR and focuses on adults and teen girls. She is especially sensitive to the many maladies that result from growing up in a dysfunctional family (depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, codependency etc.). She also has a passion for helping teens make smart decisions and manifest big dreams.

Christina is a registered intern who has completed her hours and is in the testing process for licensure. She has achieved both her MS in Clinical Psychology (2013) and her MBA (1990). After a decade in the business world she married and her children are currently 15, 18 and 20. She has extensive training in EMDR, Integrated Family Systems and will be completing her certification in the MBTi personality assessment in February 2017. She uses her different acquired skills, her sensitivity, humor and intuition in helping her clients through the healing from the heart. She has a strong sense of spiritual purpose and is dedicated to her clients , each in a special way.

Christina has a great joy and affinity working with teens. She helps them navigate through a challenging time socially, academically, and emotionally. Through different techniques and assessments she assists teens to discover their identity and the strengths of their personality type. A passion of hers is educating teens how decisions they make now can yield rewards in their future and help them manifest their dreams.

Christina has extensive training in EMDR which is a type of therapy that often times offers immediate and lasting results for a myriad of psycho/ emotional problems (depression,anxiety, attachment, addiction, PTSD, codependence etc.) that usually are the result of traumas and unhealthy relationships.

 

Anxiety/Depression/Trauma

Trauma can effect people for years to come, and the effects of trauma such as depression and anxiety can be debilitating. There is no need to suffer like that. She has treated both minor emotional/anxiety disorders and more severe challenges such as panic disorder. She has also had personal experience with various forms of depression; from seasonal affective disorder to major recurring depression and/or Bipolar disorder. It’s her honor to help facilitate your healing at your pace.
