Has life ever left you feeling worn out, confused, and maybe even without hope? Have you experienced unexpected changes that you have not known how to navigate? Do you find yourself feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward? If so, you no longer have to face those experiences alone! Therapy is a place for you to be truly seen, heard, and understood as you walk through your unique journey.

As your therapist, I strive to provide a safe place for you to heal from past hurts, learn from current situations, and grow into who you want to be. I seek to join you in your journey and help you discover more about yourself and learn how to live in a way that brings you peace, contentment, and fulfillment. I belive each person can reach a place of true happiness – and my goal is to help you get there.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are hoping to bring positive changes into their lives. I also  have experience working with adolescents facing the many challenges that the teenage years bring. I have past counseling experience providing both animal-assisted therapy and eco-therapy.

When I am not in the office I can be found exploring a new hiking trail, horseback riding, or relaxing with friends over a good meal. I love traveling and take any opportunity to try something new.
