Lauren is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and has been working in the field of Mental Health for over 10 years.  She has extensive experience counseling youth and adults with traumatic childhood experiences such as sexual and physical abuse, neglect, and abandonment.  Lauren also supports adult and teen survivors of domestic violence and intimate partner violence. She understands that many of the issues that burden women such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and perfectionism are commonly linked to unresolved painful experiences and unmet needs.  Lauren uses her training and experience to empower women to pursue inner peace and satisfaction in their relationships.
