Cassandra is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who completed her Master’s of Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. She works with youth, adults, couples, and families. Cassandra offers a safe and healing environment for client’s personal exploration, discovery, acceptance, and growth. Cassandra works collaboratively with her clients to help identify patterns that may be negatively impacting their lives and offers tools and techniques to aid positive change.
Cassandra specialties include: anxiety, depression, mania, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and family of origin issues. Some of the modalities Cassandra uses are: Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Expressive Arts. Cassandra serves and welcomes people who identify with any religion, gender, culture, or ethnicity.
Cassandra’s interests include exploring new places, reading, Persian food and sushi, aerial and restorative yoga, and expressing herself through art.
