Angela is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee who is completing her Masters Degree at Western Seminary, San Jose.
Angela works with couples, adults and teens. She desires to provide a safe place for clients. Angela is passionate about helping people get unstuck, seek healing, restore inner peace, and make meaning out of ups and downs of life. She enjoys providing support in areas of premarital counseling, couples issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and family of origin issues. She also believe that therapy is a good investment in teens and children.
Besides English, Angela speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin. Growing up in two cultures, she respects and welcomes diversity. She received training in Gottman Couples methods, Prepared and Enrich Premarital Counseling, anxiety disorders, DBT, play therapy interventions, and couples communication.
Angela is married and lives with her husband in the South Bay. She enjoys snorkeling, swimming, acrylic painting, hiking, and badminton.
