I work with women who are going through life transitions. Sometimes this includes problems with their relationships, their identity, anxiety and depression, spiritual issues, and grief. They long to feel good enough and to love themselves. Often times, they have a hard time living up to others’ expectations, and perhaps, even their own. My clients seek to improve their lives and benefit from a space where they can work through some of the underlying issues that are holding them back.

Clients who benefit most from my practice know that good and long-lasting change takes time. When we are honest with ourselves about our feelings, we can develop an awareness of the deeper emotions that are guiding our decisions. Only then can we learn to manage our feelings, so that we can use them in a way that is meaningful for us. As we begin to discover the layers underneath the surface, we begin to understand ourselves and grow confident in who we are. I look forward to working with you and getting to know you.
