We all experience challenges in life and sometimes we might need a little help in navigating them when things become too much to handle on our own. Coming to therapy takes strength and courage and presents a positive step toward living a happier, more fulfilling life. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. My style of therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative, and I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.

I am currently completing a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Santa Clara University, with the goal of becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

My prior career was in Early Childhood Education, where I worked as a Master Teacher, Director, and owner of a nursery school. I have also volunteered on the Suicide and Crisis hotline since 2004. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends and training and competing with my standard poodles, one of whom is also a therapy dog.
